We write to advise you that with effect from 1st April 2000

the name of our company is to be changed to

THE OPTOELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING CORPORATION (UK) LIMITED

(or “OMC” for short!)

Naturally you will still see the brand names “FIBREDATA”,

“LED Technology”, and “LEDTECH (Europe)” for some years to come

but these will slowly be phased out in favour of the “OMC” logo.

Nothing else will change as the company’s registered number, address,

bank accounts, VAT registration etc. will not be altered.

We think that this new name more accurately describes

our ever expanding range of activities and product lines.
